The cycles of abuse:

                     The love bombing, The devaluing, The discard, and then the hoovering.

                      (It's a vicious cycle that keeps repeating itself over and over again.)

                     Learning the warning signs (red flags) of Narcissism are very vital to your inner

                     peace and happiness. They tend to move way too fast in the beginning. 

                     (the love-bombing).  The rushing into a relationship, marriage, having 

                      babies, and moving in together way too soon, for example.  

                    From my general research and studies on this subject, I have concluded

                     that the narcissist possesses 8 deadly sins:
